The Manual Machine is a completely mechanical machine. Our main goal when designing it was to get the best possible ratio of price-quality possible while still keeping our usual standards.
This Dispenser is ideal for very small companies with low resin usage or in high quantities by larger factories in every unit.

The Medium Machines were designed to make the job of dispensing and ratio setting as simple as possible with as much comfort as possible.

All Accessories will work with this machine.

The Large Machine is the same as the Medium Machine, but with larger tanks. It would be used in larger companies or factories with larger resin output in the same unit.
All Accessories will work with this machine.
We are currently in development for a High Output Large machine with an app. feed rate: 5 sec / 1600 gr

The timer ATM can be added to all X-Series Machines and allows to set specific weight programs. This way it is possible to set 10 different weight quantities to be dispensed at the push of a button.
This allows more control of the final exact output and needs less attention from the workers.

Fit to Machines : All X-Series

The Agitator AAG can be added to all X-Series Machines and allows the resin to be stirred in a pre-set time interval.
This is helpful if the resin needs to be colored or stirred. It can be set with a timer at specific times. It then stirs the liquid automatically.

Fit to Machines All X-Series

This heater can be added to all Machines. It is necessary if the working area is below 20˚C or with special resins.
A moderate temperature heating belt to maintain the resin at an appropriate viscosity to not damage the pumping system nor alter the correct resin:hardener ratio under extreme conditions.

The Control Panel can be added to all X-Series Machines and allows the machine to be controlled from another room or through walls.
This is ideal for factories that want to strictly separate the material from the production.
Fit to Machines All X-Series

The Mixing Adaptor (AMM) can be used with all Machines and allows the resin and hardener dispensed with the correct ratio to be mixed at the same time.
It is working with disposable static plastic mixers.

The Refill Pumps (ARE) come as 1 set with 2 pieces. These allow the Resin and Hardener to be pumped into the machines as effortless and clean as possible.
They work with any drum size. The stand allows easy access to the drum to change it.
